How it works
Three steps from buy to session — no calendar tag, no proposal phase.
Step 1
Pay
Pick a tier above. Stripe Checkout, EU VAT included. You receive a token-gated link to the intake form.
Step 2
Brief Robert
Fill the intake — one specific question, the context, your timezone, anything you’d rather not raise. Single-use link, 14-day expiry.
Step 3
Pick your slot
A Microsoft Bookings link arrives by email. Pick a time that works. Robert joins from his side; you join from yours.
Questions
What’s your refund policy?
A full refund is available up to 7 days before the scheduled session. Within 7 days, refunds are case-by-case — typically a reschedule. Once the session begins, no refund is owed. Email hello@thepraetorian.press with your Stripe order reference to start.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Up to 7 days before, reschedule freely. Inside 7 days, we’ll do our best to find a new slot — Robert’s calendar is the constraint.
What counts as a session?
A live working call (or two, in the Engagement format). No prep work outside the intake form, no async deliverables, no recording. The intake brief and the after-session one-pager are the only artefacts.
What language do you work in?
English by default. Dutch on request. Let us know in the intake.
How should I prepare?
You’ll receive a token-gated intake form by email after purchase. One specific question, the context around it, your timezone, and anything you’d rather Robert not raise. That’s the prep.
What happens after the session?
A written one-page takeaway emailed within 48 hours. No recording or transcript — that’s deliberate. The takeaway is the artefact.
